With so many pressures upon you to look your best, be your best, show your best, deliver the best – it can all be a bit too much!
Christmas isn’t about pressure – it’s message is love, harmony, sharing, acceptance, fun, nurturing, belonging, creating, and relaxing. Many of you are taking time out on holiday with children, visiting friends and family, welcoming visitors to your homes, and feel there is just not enough time for you. It is important to stay centered, focused and enjoy fully this time of celebration! To be mindful in your every day.
Switch off your mobile devices, the tv., the radio, unplug your landline, ensure you will not be disturbed and find a comfortable seat for you to slumber down into. Allow yourself half an hour, and do not worry if you drop off to sleep. Your body and mind needs to recharge, and this is the perfect simple, daily ritual, to allow yourself some ‘space’.
