There is no secret to Meditation.
The secret to relaxation is, however, ‘Meditation’.
Relaxation improves health of your Mind, Body & Spirit.
You can find thousands of books, instructions, advice and information over the internet on how to, when to, and where to, to help you get started.
I say begin today. Create a space, time, and switch off from any or all distractions.
Keep it simple. There really is no way you can completely ’empty’ the mind.
What you can do, is focus the mind, upon a particular object, word, experience, vision, emotion, and then work through relaxing your thoughts, your limbs, your breathing, your posture, and hence escape the slightest strain, slightly at first, as a beginner, then build that process until you are able to sit for 15 mins, 30 mins, or one full hour.
The benefits of Meditation are numerous and have scientifically been proven to ease any tension, reduce your blood pressure, focus your mind, build your inner confidence, ease your physical strain, align your energy centres, build your sense of awareness, become mindful each day, and fill you with a sense of peace, joy, and happiness. Meditation will alleviate your level of stress and aid you in improved sleep.
I can teach you how best to sit, to focus, instruct you on with a daily routine on Meditation, guide you on a journey into a sanctuary of tranquility to enable you the space to become aware of your own energy, your breath and work towards improving your well-being.
